Darum eile ich ins nächste Fitnesscenter.

Bei 180 Kilo macht er einen Röhrer

Nach zwei harten Jahren ist es dann geschafft
Ich kann kaum noch gehen vor lauter Kraft.
Wenn ich meine Muskeln auf den Buckel schupf
Schau ich aus wie ein geölter Gugelhupf.
Wenn man die Hanteln druckt und die Gewichte stemmt
Und Proteine schluckt, braucht man bald ein neues Hemd.

I'm a mixture, quite delicious you see,
Of Albert Einstein and Arnold Schwarzenegger, that's me.
So far, so good, but the problem I face,
Is I have Arnold's brain and Einstein's physique, what a disgrace.
For the longest time, I've loved the beautiful Hilda,
But her heart yearns for a bodybuilder, bolder!

For her sake, I buy myself an expander,
But it squeezes me tight, instead of expanding, it's a gander.
No spinach or polenta can help me grow,
So I rush to the nearest fitness center, to and fro.
But before the entrance gate, a choir of athletes stand,
And five burly executioners sing in my ear, a demanding band:

The fitness torture chamber, a gruesome sight,
Where the elite torment themselves, until they lose their might.
Mr. Thighs, who looks like Godzilla,
The number of weights turns his face purple, quite a thriller.
At 180 kilos, he lets out a roar,
And he lets one rip like Conan the Destroyer, that's for sure.

After two hard years, I finally succeed,
I can barely walk with all this strength, indeed.
When I flex my muscles, upon my back they bunch,
I look like an oiled Bundt cake, a delicious lunch.
When you press the dumbbells and lift the weights with might,
And swallow proteins, you'll soon need a new shirt, that's right.
