Der Rabe schreit: "Oh Mädelein, geh niemals in den Wald hinein"
Wie recht er hat, da ist der Jäger und fühlt sich allein
Im tiefen Wald hat er sich eine holde Maid erkoren
Auf dass darauf der Fintenlauf die Ladung hat verloren

Der Ritter rülpst den Burgvogt an und lässt laut einen fahren
So lustig dass auch klingen mag, es folgte bald der dritte Tag
Es war das Chaos wohl perfekt, das Dorf in Scherben lag
Doch was auch immer diese Mähr bedeuten soll
