It was during that time when my father

The ferry, or the boat, as most called it, was a floatin' forum,
For talent especially MC′s,
Who would often battle while en route to the city.
It was on the boat,
Where he would sharpen his sword on neighborhood
MC's, preparing for the battles that were soon to come...

Le hip hop était jeune et se développait rapidement.
C'est à cette époque que mon père
Fait souvent des voyages à travers les eaux.
De Shaolin sur son avion jusqu'à la
Lieu où beaucoup disent que cette forme d'art a commencé.
Le ferry, ou le bateau, comme la plupart l'appelaient, était un forum flottant,
Pour le talent, en particulier les MC,
Qui se battaient souvent en route vers la ville.
