Wie es endet macht doch keinen Unterschied,
Es hilft auch nichts wenn man es in die Länge zieht,
Das es nicht geht, sehn wir doch beide ein,
Und was nicht funktioniert das lässt man besser sein,

Es kann sich nunmal nicht jeder Traum erfüllen,
Und es mangelte auch nicht an gutem Willen,
Gib doch zu, wir haben es probiert,
Und wenn man wagt kann es auch sein dass man verliert

Ich kanns nicht fassen dass mir so etwas passiert,
Nicht nur verlassen sondern eiskalt abserviert,
Ich verteh es nicht, es lief doch gar nicht schief,
Und jetzt finde ich hier diesen Abschiedsbrief

Wir hatten doch zumeist eine ganz schöne Zeit,
Dass sie enden muss tut mir ja auch sehr leid,
Ich behalt die errinerung daran,
Adieu, und ruf mich bitte nie mehr an
