Von Gas und Kohle, was sonst? Währ'nd die Atomkraft grad von
Uns'rer Regierung strikt verneint wird, um die Eisbären zu schon'
Kernenergie ist scheiße, doch leider die einzige Option
Für den Klimaschutz, jedoch setzt die Regierung in Berlin
Weiter lieber auf die regenerativen Energie'n
Was dem offenbaren Klaren zwar entgegenspricht
Und die zehn Wochentage waren unser Lebenslicht
Wo sie in Kopenhagen tagen und sie reden sich
Da um Kopf und Kragen, was ist das Ergebnis – nichts
Und keiner weiß, ob man die Welt wohl danach behält
Focus berichtet kürzlich: "Al Gores Daten gefälscht"
Ich will nur sagen, selbst keiner von den' weiß genau
Warum die ganze Welt schreit, dass das Eis jetzt taut
Ich mein, das Klima wandelt sich, doch was ist der Grund?
Genau geklärt ist das bislang noch nicht und das ist der Punkt
Die letzte Eiszeit 1700 ist nicht so lange her
Und im Normalzustand der Erde sind die Polkappen Meer
Okay, geh'n wir davon aus, es liegt tatsächlich an uns Menschen
Und es wär noch nicht zu spät, über die Rettung nachzudenken
Denn wir müssen handeln, Autos weg und nie wieder fahr'n
Und essen nie wieder Fleisch und produzier'n kein Methan
Das wär noch nichts, nur 'ne Chance, denn das ändert man so nur
Durch Verzicht, doch das liegt nicht in der menschlichen Natur
Wir sind abhängig vom Luxus, jedem bisschen Verwöhnung
Deshalb hat dies' Problem auch keine realistische Lösung
Red' den Mist einfach schön, lasst euch von all dem nicht stör'n
Ersetzt die Glühbirn' doch durch quecksilberhaltige Röhr'n
Und rettet damit die Welt, löst die Probleme gekonnt

And now everyone's suddenly talking about climate protection,
