زهی باغ زهی باغ که بشکفت ز بالا
زهی قدر و زهی بدر تبارک و تعالی
زهی فر زهی نور زهی شر زهی شور
زهی گوهر منثور زهی پشت و تولا
زهی ملک زهی مال زهی قال زهی حال
زهی پر و زهی بال بر افلاک تجلی
چه ذالنون چه مجنون چه لیلی و چه لیلا
چه سلطان و چه خاقان چه والی و چه والا
چو بیواسطه جبار بپرورد جهان را
چه ناقوس چه ناموس چه اهلا و چه سهلا
گر اجزای زمینی وگر روح امینی
چو آن حال ببینی بگو جل جلالا
گر افلاک نباشد به خدا باک نباشد
دل غمناک نباشد مکن بانگ و علالا
فروپوش فروپوش نه بخروش نه بفروش
تویی بادهٔ مدهوش یکی لحظه بپالا
خمش باش خمش باش در این مجمع اوباش
مگو فاش مگو فاش ز مولی و ز مولا

O garden! O garden! That has blossomed from above
O power and O full moon, blessed and exalted
O glory, O light, O evil, O uproar
O scattered pearl, O back and support
O kingdom, O wealth, O speech, O state
O wing and O feather, manifest in the heavens
What of Dhul-Nun, what of Majnun, what of Layla and what of Laila
What of the sultan and the Khaqan, what of the governor and the exalted
When the tyrant nurtured the world without an intermediary
What of the bell, what of the law, what of the welcome and what of the easy
Whether the components of the earth or the spirit of the faithful
When you see that state, say, "Glory be to His glory!"
If there are no heavens, by God, there is no fear
Let not your heart be sorrowful, do not cry out and lament
Be quiet, be quiet, do not shout or sell
You are the intoxicating wine, be still for a moment
Be silent, be silent, in this gathering of rogues
