Así pasan los años y nadie reacciona
Todos viven felices mientras coman en McDonald′s
Niños que quieren morir porque el Play no funciona
Y otros niños muriendo de hambre en Sierra Leona

Pero, qué más da que yo le hable de conciencia
A quien no siente empatía y le divierte la violencia
A quien no vive emociones, sino de apariencias
Sin ver que sus acciones acarrean consecuencias

Esta existencia siempre ha estado equivocada
Nos llenan de cosas que cuestan, pero no valen nada
Tienen tu mente y toda tu vida controlada
Con la televisión y la obsolescencia programada

Y nada, nada nunca será diferente
Mientras importe más lo que vistes que lo que sientes
Y mientras la gente no entienda que a la gente
La dominan y no por la fuerza, sino por la mente

Yo soy un demente que quiere que despiertes
Y no por mí, sino por lo feliz que quieres verte
Cualquier día podría ser el día de tu muerte
Y la vía, la felicidad, está en ti no en la suerte

Ni en todo eso que sabes que no te llena
Tantas modas que te hacen esclavo de un sistema

Naturaleza plena y sagrada
Entre felicidad y conformismo, hay una línea muy delgada
Invisible a mentes cerradas
La misma línea que separa el tener mucho
Del no necesitar nada, y pues, nada

Qué triste suena el ventarrón
Y más cuando cae sobre techos de cartón
Triste como ese niño que no recibe amor
Y qué alegre aquel perro en casa del explotador

Perro que educan para que le des la mano
Para que no muerda las pertenencias del amo
Pero ese amo, fanático del dinero
Hace muchos unos años que está mordiendo al obrero

Este fue mi primer tema y lo estoy regrabando
Porque un beat de internet me trajo problemas
Y te juro por la vida mía
Que tengo la misma sensación que cuando lo escribí aquel día

At Peace

My senses are at peace with my soul,
And there's no other sound but the silence of dawn.
I have a pencil and paper in my palms,
And I write paradoxes that freedom supports.

God, it's so complicated to be heard!
An ignored voice that only wants you to fight
For everything that was stolen from us one day
And they made us forget amongst so much technology.

But how much would those wars matter
If today the village is beautiful and the ghetto is what terrifies you.
Everyone happy in religions that confine them
And the Vatican adorned with the gold of your lands.

Years go by and nobody reacts.
Everyone lives happily as long as they can eat at McDonald's.
Children who want to die because the PlayStation doesn't work
And other children dying of hunger in Sierra Leone.

But what does it matter if I talk to you about consciousness
If you don't feel empathy and you're amused by violence,
If you don't experience emotions, only appearances,
Without seeing that your actions lead to consequences?

This existence has always been wrong.
They fill us with things that cost but are worth nothing.
They have your mind and your whole life under control
With television and planned obsolescence.

And nothing, nothing will ever be different
As long as what you wear matters more than what you feel
And as long as people don't understand that people
Are dominated not by force, but by the mind.

I'm a madman who wants you to wake up,
And not for me, but because of how happy you want to see yourself.
Any day could be the day you die
And the way, happiness, is in you, not luck.

Not in all that you know doesn't fulfill you,
So many trends that make you a slave to a system
And they don't let you see what's really worthwhile
Like watching a sunset lying on the sand.

Full and sacred nature,
Between happiness and conformity, there's a very thin line,
Invisible to closed minds.
The same line that separates having a lot
From needing nothing, well, nothing.

How sad the strong wind sounds,
And even more so when it falls on cardboard roofs.
Sad like that child who receives no love,
And how happy that dog is in the exploiter's house.

A dog they train to shake your hand,
So it doesn't bite its master's belongings.
But that master, a fanatic for money,
Has been biting the worker for many years.
Yah!

This was my first song and I'm re-recording it
Because an internet beat got me in trouble
And I swear on my life
That I have the same feeling I had when I wrote it that day.
