For Tau Ceti is knee-deep to us,
Epsilon Aquarii is shoulder-high.
Doubts go under the knife,
Nonsense whistles past my ear,
That I won't reach the goal,
That I won't snatch the coveted prize.
Yes, it's safer to stay in the port,
At anchor, sticking around doing nothing,
