A cat jumped on the fence
A cat is the culprit of many pranks
He likes to stretch out in the sun
Until night finally chases him away

When a healthy sleep overcomes you
The cat goes hunting
And amidst the deep silence of the night
The tomcat lurks for mice

Or it scratches its way onto the roof
When the city is in the night fog
A choir of tomcats gathers
Cat music carries

They will play until morning
But they sing out of tune, it's better to sleep
