On a commencé à se perdre de vue à l'adolescence
Je te trouvais un peu trop austère

Moi, j'avais besoin de musique, de lumière et de futilité
Et aussi des autres
Ton amitié était exigeante, entière, exclusive
Et puis, tu as commencé à être absent
Souvent, puis plus longtemps
Ta mère nous disait que tu partais en vacances
Elle ne mentait pas quand j'y repense
En vacance de vie, en vacance d'envie
Et puis la vérité, celle qu'on suppose
