Yo, we're K.I.Z., this is our column and we thought, we'd focus on current topics. Current topic is the health reform and we said, we' make our contribution with this beautiful song:
From the office to home, early to bed
Seven, eight get up - Seven, eight eggs
Museli, few carbohydrates
From jogging on the treadmill directly to Karate
Trim path, fitness drink
Circuit training, pulse: OK
Marathon, cycling; the street is on fire
No food after 6 pm, early to bed
I get up around four, five, eat around four, five apples
Low-fat curd, oatmeal and leftovers from yesterday
Salad - Yeaaah
And then off to the park
Jogging and stretching, I have an appointment
I count the calories in my head
What a role model; You're not healthy
And I knock the cigarette out of your child's mouth
Our people are on the brink and that's only because of you
You are Germany, come on, make sure you train your biceps
Lots of sugar, lots of fat - That's whack!
Nordic Walking, a lot - That's real!
Chips with dip and a steak - That's fake!
Yoghurt, Coca Cola Light - That's tight!
