Anger in the Mind

Though I am angry, I do not reveal it openly
But I hold onto it, like a precious vertical line
Anger management is just a phrase
For hiding away the impulses that have no place to go

The face behind the mask is like a wrathful deity wielding a thunderbolt
It is a virtue to act calmly
Those who break the rules are not tolerated
My anger has disappeared somewhere
I do not mind being called a fool
It is better than living a life without passion
Get angry, let it all out
It is easier and safer to be a conformist, a model student
Everyone will surely praise you as a "good person", judging you superficially
It is inevitable to avoid causing trouble
But is it not a hollow existence?
In the vast ocean, with no waves or wind, has your ship made any progress?
