Thank you so much friends.
I was having a drink with my old teacher,
he is 102 now
and this was, he was just, about 97 at that time
and I pour him a drink and
he clicked my glass and said:
excuse me for not dying.
and i kind feel the same way.
i want to thank you not just for this evening,
but for the many years you've kept my songs alive,
i really appreaciate it.
I don't want anyone to get alarmed,
i know you probabaly have never seen
any of this before, but it goes by itself.

Merci beaucoup mes amis.
Je prenais un verre avec mon ancien professeur,
il a 102 ans maintenant
et c'était, il avait juste, environ 97 ans à cette époque
et je lui verse un verre et
il a fait tinter mon verre et a dit :
excuse-moi de ne pas être mort.
et je ressens un peu la même chose.
Je veux te remercier non seulement pour cette soirée,
mais pour les nombreuses années où tu as gardé mes chansons vivantes,
je l'apprécie vraiment.
Je ne veux pas que quelqu'un s'alarme,
je sais que tu n'as probablement jamais vu
rien de tout ça avant, mais ça va tout seul.
