When one's position changes, one's justice becomes a beast, baring its fangs
Who is it that roars from within the cage?

I have journeyed on through the night, but where can paradise be found?

The dawn and the twilight, they hold the same desolate hue
Etching the shadows of departed birds onto the earth

There is an unyielding wall between the one who slays the will and the one who is slain

If I seek the truth, the world will crumble
As I look up to the sky from my cage, is this freedom?

I offered a bouquet to the unfulfilled promise
