꺼내놓긴 조금 부끄러웠던
혼자 구석에다 놓아뒀었던
조금씩 내 안에 모으고 있던

생각처럼 되진 않았던
서툴렀던 실수투성이
어느샌가 내게 길을 알려줄
시간이 됐죠

내 안에 걸어두었던
원하던 그림 속의 내 모습
언젠가 내가 바랐었던
어느새 완성된 나의 그림들

어디로 갈지도 알지 못한 채
무작정 걸어본 날도 있었고
어디로 향할지 생각해둔 채
걷고서도 길을 잃었던 날들

생각처럼 될 줄 알았던
앞서갔던 나의 욕심들
어느샌가 지친 나를 세워줄
날이 돼줬죠

내 안에 걸어두었던
원하던 그림 속의 내 모습
언젠가 내가 바랐었던
어느새 완성된 나의 그림들

남몰래 그려두었던
간절히 바라왔던 별 하나
닿을 수 없을 거라 했던
말들을 뒤로한 채

꿈꾼 모든 게
모두 내 것만 같던 기쁨들
끝까지 잃지 않길 바라
언젠가 그려질 나의 그림들

My Days

The wishes I was too shy to reveal,
The ones I kept hidden away in a corner,
The ones I was slowly gathering within me,
Hoping they would someday come true.

Things didn't always go as planned,
Full of clumsy mistakes,
But eventually, time became my guide,
Showing me the way.

The image of myself I had envisioned,
The one I'd hung within my heart,
The one I had wished for someday,
Has now, at last, become a reality.

There were days I walked without knowing where I was going,
Just wandering aimlessly,
And days I planned my route carefully,
Only to get lost along the way.

Driven by my ambitious desires,
I rushed ahead, thinking everything would work out,
But eventually, those days became a much-needed pause,
Allowing me to catch my breath.

The image of myself I had envisioned,
The one I'd hung within my heart,
The one I had wished for someday,
Has now, at last, become a reality.

Secretly, I painted a single star,
Yearning for it with all my heart,
Ignoring the words that said it was beyond my reach,
I kept striving.

All the dreams I had,
The joy of feeling like they were all mine,
I hope I never lose that feeling,
As I continue to paint my future.
