Schwytać w nią nudę złą

Zmienić lęk w piękny dźwięk

I would like to have such a net
To weave the essence of life into it
To steal the moonlight with it
Or the pink of the morning dawns
I would like to have such a net
To fall into it and not escape easily

I would like to stay to know
The scent of meadows, the tenderness of hands
To have a lock of your hair in my mouth
To clasp hands, raise my eyes
To fall into a beautiful dream
Amongst the grasses and blooming heather

To be in seventh heaven,
To watch when the devil sleeps,
To hum for you
To write songs like K.I.

I would like to give you vivid dreams,
Morning mists, fragrant lilacs,
Nocturnal moths, birds, and animals,
A summer orchard, a world without flaws,
An old fence, the flight of birds,
Everything that memory remembers.

Bach stands in the empty doorway.
He shakes off the frost, sets the tone.
He plays us a song on icicles.
I would like to find a rhyme,
To sing the hymn of the sun with him,
To glorify the miracle of the morning chill.

To have a peaceful gaze,
To count only the good days,
To renounce war,
To sing songs like K.I.

I would like to have such a net,
To catch the evil boredom in it,
To radiate it with light, into brightness,
Then to carry the good news,
To change fear into beautiful sound,
I would like to have such a net of my own.

I could also, if you wish,
Conceal the thread of life in verses,
Then you will always be with me.
Perhaps the world in a hundred years
Will continue as I would like it to,
To catch it in my mysterious net.
