سورة المزمل

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُزَّمِّلُ (1) قُمِ اللَّيْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا (2)
نِصْفَهُ أَوِ انْقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيلًا (3)
أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْآنَ تَرْتِيلًا (4)
إِنَّا سَنُلْقِي عَلَيْكَ قَوْلًا ثَقِيلًا (5)

إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ اللَّيْلِ هِيَ أَشَدُّ وَطْئًا وَأَقْوَمُ قِيلًا (6)
إِنَّ لَكَ فِي النَّهَارِ سَبْحًا طَوِيلًا (7)
وَاذْكُرِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلْ إِلَيْهِ تَبْتِيلًا (8)
رَبُّ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
فَاتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًا (9)
وَاصْبِرْ عَلَى مَا يَقُولُونَ وَاهْجُرْهُمْ هَجْرًا جَمِيلًا (10)
وَذَرْنِي وَالْمُكَذِّبِينَ أُولِي النَّعْمَةِ وَمَهِّلْهُمْ قَلِيلًا (11)

إِنَّ لَدَيْنَا أَنْكَالًا وَجَحِيمًا (12)
وَطَعَامًا ذَا غُصَّةٍ وَعَذَابًا أَلِيمًا (13)
يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ وَكَانَتِ الْجِبَالُ كَثِيبًا مَهِيلًا (14)
إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولًا شَاهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ
كَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولًا (15)
فَعَصَى فِرْعَوْنُ الرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذْنَاهُ أَخْذًا وَبِيلًا (16)

فَكَيْفَ تَتَّقُونَ إِنْ كَفَرْتُمْ يَوْمًا يَجْعَلُ الْوِلْدَانَ شِيبًا (17)
السَّمَاءُ مُنْفَطِرٌ بِهِ كَانَ وَعْدُهُ مَفْعُولًا (18)
إِنَّ هَذِهِ تَذْكِرَةٌ فَمَنْ شَاءَ اتَّخَذَ إِلَى رَبِّهِ سَبِيلًا (19)

إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدْنَى مِنْ ثُلُثَيِ اللَّيْلِ وَنِصْفَهُ وَثُلُثَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الَّذِينَ مَعَكَ
وَاللَّهُ يُقَدِّرُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ عَلِمَ أَنْ لَنْ تُحْصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ فَاقْرَءُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ
عَلِمَ أَنْ سَيَكُونُ مِنْكُمْ مَرْضَى وَآخَرُونَ يَضْرِبُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ يَبْتَغُونَ مِنْ فَضْلِ اللَّهِ
وَآخَرُونَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَاقْرَءُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنْهُ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ
وَأَقْرِضُوا اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ
هُوَ خَيْرًا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا وَاسْتَغْفِرُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ (20)

Surah Al-Muzzammil

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
O you, who are wrapped in a cloak! (1) Stand up in the night, except a little (2)
Half of it, or decrease from it a little (3)
Or increase on it and recite the Qur'an distinctly (4)
Indeed, We will cast upon you a weighty word (5)

Indeed, the rising of the night is more potent and more correct in words (6)
Indeed, for you, in the daytime, is a long supplication (7)
And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him in complete devotion (8)
Lord of the East and the West, there is no god but He
So take Him as your guardian (9)
And be patient over what they say and avoid them with a noble avoidance (10)
And leave Me and those who deny [the truth], the possessors of favor, and respite them for a while (11)

Indeed, We have shackles and Hellfire (12)
And food that chokes and painful torment (13)
The day the earth and the mountains will shake, and the mountains will be like scattered sand (14)
Indeed, We have sent to you a messenger, a witness over you
Just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger (15)
But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a severe seizure (16)

So how will you be saved if you disbelieve on a Day that will turn the young into grayheads? (17)
The heaven will split open with it. His promise is to be fulfilled (18)
Indeed, this is a reminder. So whoever wills, let him take a way to his Lord (19)

Indeed, your Lord knows that you stand up less than two-thirds of the night, or half of it, or a third of it, and a group of those with you
And Allah measures the night and the day. He knows that you will not be able to measure it, so He has turned to you. So recite what is easy of the Qur'an
He knows that there will be among you those who are sick and others traveling through the land seeking the bounty of Allah
And others fighting in the way of Allah. So recite what is easy of it. And establish prayer and give charity
And loan to Allah a good loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allah
It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness from Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful (20)
