أغيب وذو اللطائف لا يغيب وأرجوه رجاء لا يخيب
وأسأله السلامة من زمان بليت به نوائبه تشيب
وأنزل حاجتي في كل حال إلى من تطمئن به القلوب
فكم لله من تدبير أمر طوته عن المشاهدة الغيوب
وكم في الغيب من تيسير عسر ومن تفريج نائبة تنوب
ومن كرم ومن لطف خفي ومن فرج تزول به الكروب
ومن لي غير باب الله باب ولا مولا سواه ولا حبيب
كريم منعم بر لطيف جميل الستر للداعي مجيب
حليم لا يعاجل بالخطايا رحيم غيث رحمته يصوب
فيا ملك الملوك أقل عثاري فإني عنك أنأتني الذنوب
وأمرضني الهوى لهوان حظي ولكن ليس غيرك لي طبيب
فآمن روعتي واكبت حسودا فإن النائبات لها نيوب
وآنسني بأولادي وأهلي فقد يستوحش الرجل الغريب
ولي شجن بأطفال صغار أكاد إذا ذكرتهم أذوب
ولكني نبذت زمام أمري لمن تدبيره فينا عجيب
هو الرحمن حولي واعتصامي به وإليه مبتهلا أتيب
إلهي أنت تعلم كيف حالي فهل يا سيدي فرج قريب
فيا ديان يوم الدين فرج هموما في الفؤاد لها دبيب
وصل حبلي بحبل رضاك وانظر إلي وتب علي عسى أتوب
وراع حمايتى وتول نصري وشد عراي إن عرت الخطوب
وألهمني لذكرك طول عمري فإن بذكرك الدنيا تطيب
وقل عبد الرحيم ومن يليه لهم في ريف رأفتنا نصيب
فظني فيك يا سندي جميل ومرعى ذود آمالي خصيب
وصل على النبي وآله ما ترنم في الآراك العندليب

No More

I disappear, but the One with kindness doesn't disappear, and I hope in Him, a hope that doesn't disappoint
And I ask Him for safety from a time I've been afflicted with, its calamities turn hair gray
And send down my need in every state to the One in whom hearts find peace
For how many matters does Allah manage, He conceals them from our sight, the unseen
And how much ease of hardship is in the unseen, and relief from a calamity that befalls
And of kindness and of hidden gentleness, and of relief by which sorrows are removed
And who have I other than the door of Allah, a door, and no master but Him and no beloved
Generous, blessing, kind, beautiful, the concealer of the caller who answers
Forbearing, not hastening with sins, Merciful, the rain of His mercy pours down
So O King of kings, reduce my stumbling, for I have been afflicted with sins
And love has made me sick for the insignificance of my fortune, but there is no doctor for me except You
So keep my fear safe and keep up with an envious one, for calamities have fangs
And make me feel at ease with my children and family, for a strange man may feel lonely
And I have a longing for young children, I almost melt when I remember them
But I have cast aside the reins of my affair to the One whose management in us is strange
He is the Most Gracious around me and my refuge with Him, and to Him I repent, returning
My God, You know how my state is, so is there, O my Master, relief soon
So O Judge of the Day of Religion, relieve concerns in the heart that creep
Connect my rope with the rope of Your satisfaction and look at me and repent on me, may I repent
And protect my protection and take care of my victory, and strengthen my ties if the calamities are exposed
And inspire me to remember You all my life, for by remembering You, the world becomes good
And say, O slave of the Most Merciful and whoever follows him, they have a share in our meadow of compassion
So my thought in You, O my support, is beautiful, and the pasture of my hopes is fertile
And may blessings be upon the Prophet and his family, as the nightingale sings in the tamarisk
