The Best of Bearls

في القلبِ مشاعرُ أخفيها
قد أشرقت الشمسُ عليها
عن خططٍ لم أعبأُ فيها
ستكون بأيّاميَ فرقا
فحياتي قبل الحلقاتِ
تيهٌ بضياعٍ بشتاتِ
من دونِ نعيمِ الآياتِ
نرتادُ لنحفظها الحلقَ

فمضيتُ إلى حفظِ السورِ
كي أقطف من خيرِ الدررِ
فالآي ضياءٌ في صدري
يزدادُ على الظلمةِ ألقا
غصتُ بها في بحرٍ حاني
ما بين أسامٍ ومعاني
أزدادُ بربّي الرحمنِ
ثقةً عملًا حبّا شوقا

وبهِ في السيرةِ ما يشهد
من نهجِ المختارِ محمّد
كم دلّ على الخيرِ وأرشد
كي ندركَ بالهديِ الحقَّ
بعد الذكرِ تبارك وقتي
وازدادت قوّة ذاكرتي
والتوفيقُ أضاء حياتي
في هديٍ وأنارَ الطرقَ

وسمت في الخيرةِ أيّامي
وتجمّل قولي وكلامي
من عذبِ معينِ الإسلامِ
أحسنتُ النيّةَ والخُلقَ
فالحمدُ إلى اللهِ تعالى
من جادَ بخيرٍ يتوالى
للحافظِ يُسرًا ومنالا
ودروسًا في القلبِ ستبقى

The Best of Pearls

In my heart, I harbor feelings I conceal,
Upon which the sun has brightly shone.
Of plans I hadn't cared for,
They will make a difference in my days, my love.
For my life before the circles (of knowledge),
Was wandering, lost and scattered.
Without the bliss of the verses,
We attend to memorize the circle (of knowledge).

So I proceeded to memorize the Surahs,
To gather the finest pearls, my dear.
The verses are a light in my chest,
Increasing their radiance against the darkness.
I delved into a gentle sea with them,
Between names and meanings.
My trust, deeds, love, and longing for my Lord, the Most Gracious, increase.
My trust, my actions, my love, my yearning grow.

And in the Seerah (biography of the Prophet), there is a testament,
To the path of the chosen one, Muhammad.
How much he guided and directed towards goodness,
So we may grasp the true guidance, my beloved.
After the remembrance (of Allah), my time is blessed,
And the strength of my memory has increased.
And success has illuminated my life,
With guidance, and lit the paths.

My days have been elevated by goodness,
And my speech and words are adorned,
From the sweet spring of Islam.
I have perfected my intention and character.
So all praise is to Allah, the Most High,
Who generously bestows continuous goodness.
Ease and attainment for the memorizer,
And lessons in the heart that will remain.
