Nir Felder十分年轻，西元2005年才刚从波士顿的百克里音乐学院毕业。

一毕业就有一堆已经成名的大师邀他合作，如萨克斯风手Greg Osby、

《Golden Age》是Nir Felder加盟老字号新包装的OKeh唱片公司首张作品，
邀请另外三位同样年轻且才华洋溢的音乐家合作，钢琴手Aaron Parks、
贝斯手Matt Pemman与鼓手Nate Smith。专辑标题《Golden Age》，
Felder想表达的想法很深刻："我们活在一个黄金年代吗？"、"你经历过所谓的黄金年代吗？
"、"什么是黄金年代？"、"我们的年代是在变好，还是变坏？"...，
藉由音乐表达自己对这个时代一切现象的反思。年纪轻轻已有"乐以载道"的野心，
千万不可小觑！最特别的地方在于他音乐里不时取样穿插一些过往名人的言谈纪录，
你可能听出来谁是谁的，包括纽约洋基队着名铁人Lou Gehrig、人权斗士Malcolm X，
以及一生功过褒贬不一的美国前总统Richard Nixon等等。
每首曲子都很有味道，比方说第五轨《Code》，
有点像是遥对"骊歌"〈Auld Lang Syne〉致敬的调调。至于其他曲目，就请您自行品味了。
噢对了，Nir Felder小时后的偶像是Stevie Ray Vaughan，
据说他现在还在弹那把13岁时花250美金买下的Stratocaster呢！

Nir Felder is very young, having just graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2005.
During his studies, he won the school's guitar award, the "Jimi Hendrix Award" First Prize.

Golden Age is Nir Felder's first work after joining the well-established and repackaged OKeh Records.
He invited three other equally young and talented musicians to collaborate, pianist Aaron Parks,
bassist Matt Pemman and drummer Nate Smith. The album title Golden Age,
Felder wanted to express deep thoughts: "Are we living in a golden age?", "Have you experienced the so-called golden age?",
"What is a golden age?", "Are our times getting better or worse?"...,
Reflecting on everything in this era through music. He's young and already has the ambition to "express his ideas through music",
never underestimate! The most special thing is that in his music, he sometimes samples and inserts.
Some of the famous people's past speeches, you may hear who's who, including New York Yankee's famous iron man Lou Gehrig, human rights fighter Malcolm X,
and the former US president Richard Nixon, whose life achievements and demerits are controversial.
Each song is flavorful, for example, the fifth track "Code",
it's like a tribute to "Auld Lang Syne". As for the other tracks, please savor them yourself.
Oh, by the way, Nir Felder's childhood idol is Stevie Ray Vaughan,
it's said that he's still playing the Stratocaster he bought for $250 when he was 13!
