図書室の本棚の向こう側
そう何か探してる君がいる

窓際のカーテンが
風に揺れ膨らみ始めた

ヘミングウェイなんて
読んだこともなかった
活字嫌いの僕なのに
なぜかここに座っている
いつだったか君が
手にしていたのを見て
どんなことが書いてあるか
気になってページめくり始めた

図書室の別々のテーブルで
僕たちはただじっと本を読む
チラチラと横顔を盗み見て
君が何を考えてるか知りたかった

And started absentmindedly flipping through the pages

At separate tables in the library,
We just sit reading our books
Stealing quick glances from our books

The hours passing us by

I understood a little bit
