Letzte Woche Mittwochabend, ich wollt schwitzen und auch baden
Und in Lankwitz gibt's ein Schwimmbad, das sogar ne Sauna hat.
15€ muss man zahlen um den ganzen Spaß zu haben,
Aber was einem keiner sagt: Mittwochs ist Seniorentag!

15€, stolzer Preis! Doch 90 Grad sind auch schön heiß.
Ausgezogen in die Sauna rein, da hör ich schon die Rentner schrein:
"Aufguss, Aufguss, gleich gibt's Aufguss.
Aufguss, Aufguss, weil das sein muss.
Aufguss, Aufguss, das ist gut, dann dampft der Körper, kocht das Blut."

Ich frage noch: "Aufguss? He, was soll das sein?" Da kommt so'n Typ mit 'n Eimer rein
Kippt was übern Stein und bleibt stumm und wirbelt mit dem Handtuch rum
Mir wird übel, mir wird schlecht, ich will hier raus, das reicht mir echt.
Der Typ meint: 'Ey, das geht nicht klar! Wenn Aufguss ist, bleiben alle da. ."

In der Sauna da in Lankwitz schwitzen sie damit man schlank wird.
Viele Falten, viele Bäuche. Die Menschen hat seltsame Bräuche!

Irgendwann ist der Aufguss vorbei, ich spring heraus und bin endlich frei.
Spring direkt in so ein Wasserbecken, das ist so kalt das könnte Tote Wecken
Auf einmal kommt ein Rentner an und sagt: "Freundchen, du bist nochmal dran!"

Und ich so: "Äh nochmal dran, aber wo womit denn?"
Und er: "Aufguss, Aufguss, nochmal Aufguss.
Aufguss, Aufguss, weil das sein muss.
Aufguss, Aufguss, das ist gut, denn dampft der Körper, kocht das Blut."

Sauna a Lanigan

Last Wednesday night, I wanted to sweat and swim,
And in Lankwitz there's a swimming pool that even has a sauna.
You have to pay 15€ to have any fun at all,
But no one tells you: Wednesday is senior citizens' day!

15€, a hefty price! But 90 degrees is also quite hot.
Undressed in the sauna, I hear the pensioners screaming:
"Infusion, infusion, there will be an infusion.
Infusion, infusion, because that's the way it has to be.
Infusion, infusion, that's good, then the body steams, the blood boils."

I ask: "Infusion? Hey, what's that supposed to be?" A guy comes in with a bucket
Tips something over the stone and remains silent and whirls around with the towel
I feel sick, I feel bad, I want to get out of here, that's enough for me.
The guy says: 'Hey, that's not alright! When there's an infusion, everyone stays. ."

At some point the infusion is over, I jump out and am finally free.
I jump directly into one of those water basins, which is so cold that could wake the dead
