In the darkness among the stars in neon lights
The Earth drowns and melts.
The Little Prince on a distant planet
Is still waiting for his King.
He often is a rock and a wave -
An old man and a child at once,
And at night, pretending to be the Moon,
He looks into every window.
A cosmic wanderer, a lonely singer,
He cherishes his rose.
And believes that one day in his distant world
The long-awaited King will come.
