عرفت الهوى مذ عرفت هواكا *** وأغلقت قلبى عمن عداكا
وقمت أناجيك يامن ترى *** خفايا القلوب ولسنا نراكا
أحبك حبين. حب الهوى *** وحباً لأنك أهل لذاكا
فأما الذى هو حب الهوى *** فشُغْلي بذكرك عمن سواكا
وأما الذى أنت أهل له *** فكَشْفُك لى الحجب حتى أراكا
فلا الحمد في ولا ذاك لي *** ولكن لك الحمد فى ذا وذاكا
أحبك حبين ...حب الهوى *** وحباً لأنك أهل لذاكا
واشتاق شوقين .شوق النوى *** وشوقاً لقرب الخلي من حماكا
فأما الذى هو شوق النوى *** فمسيرى الدموع لطول نواكا
وأما اشتياقى لقرب الحمى *** فنار حياة خبت فى ضياكا
ولست على الشجو أشكو الهوى *** رضيت بما شئت لى فى هداكا
