Qui était cassé du matin au soir
Ni les baisers de la star Italienne
Qui aimait mieux l′ail que les carambars
Les essayages de la costumière
Qui essayait tout, jusqu'à mon divan
Je remercie ma doublure, lumière
Qui se les gelait dans le mauvais temps
Je remercie la scripte, le chef opérateur
La maquilleuse et bien sûr la main du masseur
Je remercie la femme de ménage
Qui me dégottait mes barbituriques
Le producteur qui trouvait dommage
Que les scènes de viol manquent de comique
Merci encore de l′aide si précieuse
De l'assistant qui gardait mon chien
Et du soutien, dans les heures creuses
De la monteuse qui montait si bien
Je remercie Carmen, la gardienne Andalouse
Et sa belle-sœur qui posait si bien les ventouses
Je remercie l′habileté certaine
Du stomato qui a fait mes fausses dents
Celle du cadreur qui a eu tant de peine
À faire entrer ma tête dedans
Je remercie mon attaché de presse
Et le public qui m'ont dit "Génial"
Même le critique qui écrit sans tendresse
Que je serai mieux dans le rôle du cheval
Merci aux photographes, aux membres du jury
Et au coiffeur qui m′appelait toujours "Mon chéri"
Ce beau trophée, enfin, je le partage
Avec mon psy qui est mort d'épuisement
Ma partenaire fumace qu'au montage
On ai sucré la moitié de ses plans
Je serai ingrat d′en profiter seul
Et j′attribue leur part de gâteau
Aux nominés qui font tous la gueule
Aux cascadeurs qui sont à l'hosto
Je remercie encore ma femme et mon agent
Et ma maman qui m′a fait si intelligent

Who liked garlic more than candy
The fittings of the costume designer
Who tried everything, even my sofa
I thank my double, shining one
Who froze his nuts off in the bad times
I thank the script girl, the director of photography

I thank the cleaning lady
Who got me my barbiturates
The producer who thought it was a pity
That the rape scenes lacked humor

Even the critic who writes without tenderness
That I would be better in the role of a horse

And the hairdresser who always called me "My darling"
This beautiful trophy, finally, I share
With my shrink who died of exhaustion
My fiery partner who in the editing
Had half of her shots cut
I would be ungrateful to enjoy it all alone
And I dedicate their part of the cake
To the nominees who are all pouting
To the stuntmen who are in the hospital
I thank my wife and my agent again
And my mother who made me so intelligent
