I'm Tired

I'm disgusted with the universe, disgusted with the world, disgusted with everything in it.

And yet, I'm hiding my soul in it and comforting it.
They all sold their souls for joy, and I'm the one buying it with my joy.

May those who did us wrong be replaced, instead of gratitude, 100 times.
We were raised on a path of appreciation, and you on a path of sadism.
We're looking for people who appreciate us, and you're looking for material gains.
You're with us in times of hardship, and you're neutral when we're happy.

A path of backwardness and differences, a labyrinth and a detour.
Fame through stupidity and the display of hidden goals.
Heavy with words, but light in deeds.
They feed their tongues with slander and their consciences with fodder.

I hated every person who loved me, and every person I loved.
I hated everyone who ruined my home, even though I didn't hurt them.
