با گیاه کوچک گلدان خانه
کرده ام اکنون بهاران را بهانه
خاطر آشفته را عطر گلش دیوانه کرده
گفتگویی سبز در باغ اتاقم خانه کرده

گویمش من هم گیاهی رسته در خاک فراقم
گرچه خشکم یادگار سرخوش گلهای باغم
ریشه های من هنوز آنجاست در اعماق ایران
زنده می ماند میان سینه من باغ ایران

دستهایم یادگاری از کویر خشک سوزان
گیسوانم قصه ای از بید مجنون پریشان
سینه را بشکن ببین البرز می خواند به سینه
دشت ایران در میان دل شده گنج و دفینه

گر خزان در شاخ و برگم کرده خانه
کرده ام اما بهاران را بهانه
در شب اندوهناک و مشکل بیداد ایران
گفتگویی سبز دارم با تو من از یاد ایران

Green Conversation

With a small plant in my home, in this flowerpot
I have now turned spring into an excuse
Its flower's scent has driven my confused mind crazy
A green conversation has made a home in the garden of my room

I tell it, I am also a plant grown in the soil of separation
Although dry, I retain the merry flowers of my garden
My roots are still there, in the depths of Iran
The garden of Iran lives in my heart

My hands are a souvenir of a dry, scorching desert
My hair is a tale of a disturbed, crazy weeping willow
