Basically what this song's about...
This is like one righteous anger song that's made it through the cut of all my tunes that I've ever written.
This is like the one that I let stay and live.
And, and the reason being is just because...
I have a real problem with...
Christians, especially, who consider themselves better or higher than other people.
And, the way I mean that, mostly, is like...
if I'll be in a Mc
Donald's or just anyplace you go and have food where people are there doing service, like serving you...
When people just totally talk down to the help, and down even look up at them, and never say '
Thank you.' And never acknowledge that they're actually people who have lives who are there working and trying to do a good job, and are under pressure, just like they are in their jobs.
And just, kind of, disregard for human feelings altogether.
It just, it annoys me.
But then, through writing this song, I realized all the ways that I do that.
And just, that, as Christians, how do we ever expect...
if we're really going to affect people, we need to be doing it in all the little areas when we're not on stage in front of an audience.
So that's what this song's about.

En gros, voici de quoi parle cette chanson...
C'est comme une chanson de colère juste qui a passé le cap de toutes mes mélodies que j'ai jamais écrites.
C'est comme celle que j'ai laissée vivre.
Et, et la raison en est que...
J'ai un vrai problème avec...
Les chrétiens, surtout, qui se considèrent meilleurs ou supérieurs aux autres.
Et, la façon dont je le dis, c'est surtout comme...
Si je suis dans un Mc
Donald's ou n'importe quel endroit où vous allez manger et où il y a des gens qui vous servent, comme vous servir...
Quand les gens parlent vraiment mal au personnel, et ne les regardent même pas, et ne disent jamais '
Merci.' Et ne reconnaissent jamais qu'ils sont réellement des personnes qui ont des vies qui sont là pour travailler et essayer de faire du bon travail, et qui sont sous pression, tout comme ils le sont dans leur travail.
Et simplement, en quelque sorte, mépris total pour les sentiments humains.
Ça, ça m'agace.
Mais ensuite, en écrivant cette chanson, j'ai réalisé toutes les façons dont je faisais ça.
Et simplement, que, en tant que chrétiens, comment pouvons-nous jamais espérer...
si nous voulons vraiment influencer les gens, nous devons le faire dans tous les petits domaines quand nous ne sommes pas sur scène devant un public.
