Back in '94, when the boomboxes on the blocks
Were bumping Biggie & Pac, as they were stacking their guap
I had to make a stop, from my travels in the astral
To this big blue rock, just to see what's going on
I received a vehicle, for me to control
As you age it'll grow, even the nails on your toes
So I reached for the light, to see the other side
Everything was white, I suddenly had sight
And vibrations in the ether turned to sound
I smelled something funky and was breathing in and out
Speaking with no words, screaming til' the throat hurts
Didn't expect I had to go back and soul search
But fuck it, I'm here now
So I take a look around, see what this is all about
When I touch what I see, there is something that I feel
If it's sharp I will bleed and eventually it heals
The scar that it leaves has been giving me the chills
Left a mark in my dreams like I got them pierced
The whisper in my dome is only springing up the fear
Telling me that I ain't shit, I gotta know I'm not him
Silence, I take a break for a second
Now I know the here and now is what I've been neglecting
And then I try to figure why nobody ever taught me this
They taught me economics but never said what a chakra is
And that sounds funny to me
This was around the time I decided to shut off the tv
Whatever I hear and see, is pretty illusionary
Is there more to perceive? Can't deny the possibility
And science nowadays, huh, you feeling me?
Showing us, we know nothing about this so called reality
And that's enough for me to see you can't demand a standard to formality
Cause your normality could be my allergy

Damals '94, als die Ghettoblaster in den Blocks
Biggie & Pac pumpten, während sie ihre Kohle machten
Musste ich einen Stopp einlegen, von meinen Reisen im Astral
Zu diesem großen blauen Felsen, nur um zu sehen, was los ist
Ich erhielt ein Gefährt, das ich kontrollieren sollte
Wenn du alterst, wird es wachsen, sogar die Nägel an deinen Zehen
Also griff ich nach dem Licht, um die andere Seite zu sehen
Alles war weiß, ich hatte plötzlich Sehkraft
Und Vibrationen im Äther wurden zu Klang
Ich roch etwas Seltsames und atmete ein und aus
Sprach ohne Worte, schrie, bis der Hals schmerzte
Hatte nicht erwartet, dass ich zurückgehen und Seelensuche betreiben musste
Aber scheiß drauf, ich bin jetzt hier
Also schaue ich mich um, sehe, worum es hier geht
Wenn ich berühre, was ich sehe, gibt es etwas, das ich fühle
Wenn es scharf ist, werde ich bluten und schließlich heilt es
Die Narbe, die es hinterlässt, hat mir Schauer bereitet
Hinterließ eine Spur in meinen Träumen, als hätte man sie durchstochen
Das Flüstern in meinem Schädel schürt nur die Angst
Sagt mir, ich sei ein Nichts, ich muss wissen, dass ich nicht er bin
Stille, ich mache eine Sekunde Pause
Jetzt weiß ich, das Hier und Jetzt ist das, was ich vernachlässigt habe
Und dann versuche ich herauszufinden, warum mir das nie jemand beigebracht hat
Sie lehrten mich Wirtschaft, aber sagten nie, was ein Chakra ist
Und das klingt komisch für mich
Das war ungefähr die Zeit, als ich beschloss, den Fernseher auszuschalten
Was auch immer ich höre und sehe, ist ziemlich illusorisch
Gibt es mehr wahrzunehmen? Kann die Möglichkeit nicht leugnen
Und die Wissenschaft heutzutage, huh, verstehst du mich?
Zeigt uns, dass wir nichts über diese sogenannte Realität wissen
Und das reicht mir, um zu sehen, dass du keinen Standard für Formalität fordern kannst
Denn deine Normalität könnte meine Allergie sein
