يا من خلقتَ محمداً علقتني بمحمدي
عطف علي محمداً واجعل بقربه مرقدي
لو زارني في رؤية ماذا أقول لسيدي
ماذا أخبرهُ ترى وبأي شيء أبتدي؟

قد نادى الصّبّ أيا علم .
من وله يزداد الألم .
فـ امنن طه جد لي كرماً .
فـ بفيض نداك جرى القلم .

فـ شغاف القلب في قلق و جفون لوّعها الأرق
من مثلك نهوى طلعته . بدراً يختال به ألق

اسمع مني هدي محمد .
نزّه ربي عن أشباه .
احفظ قولي اتبع فعلاً .
فـ عسى في الأخرى تلقاه
قمر يلمع في الآفاق
شمس تظهر في اشراق
سبحان الله الرحمن .
من لا يشبه أيّاً كان

الحمد لله الذي جمع الابيض و الاسود و الأحمر و الأصفر
و الغني و الفقير و العليم و الأمى و الرجل و المرأة و الكبير و الصغير

و القريب و البعيد مع إختلاف الأقوال و الأزياء و العاداتِ و اللغات
على حبً حبٍ أحبً إلى الله

إبن هاشم إبن عبد مناف

بن قصي بن كلاب بن مرة بن كعب

قلْ وأفصِحْ ما الغمامة لم تكن إلا علامة

أن هادينا رسولٌ قلْ ولا تخشَ الملامة

أشبهُ الناسِ بآدمْ أجملُ الناسِ ابتسامة

كوكبيُّ الأنفِ حُسْناً وهو خيرُ الخلقِ قامة

مشرقُ اللونِ بياضاً ولهُ في الظهرِ شامة

تحلق شعره حلقا تراه طيباً عبقا... ما شاء الله

كحيل العين أسودها إلى الخيرات منطلقا... ما شاء الله

صبوح ُ الوجه مشرقهُ وضيءٌ زاد رونقهُ... ما شاء الله

بحسن النعت ما أحد يدانيه و يسبقه... ما شاء الله

فإذا رويت لي معجزة تلقاني مرتجفا تلقاني مرتجفا حقا
ما كنت لأفعل لو أني أبصرت البدر قد انشق
ورأيت الضبّ يكلّمه وسمعت الجذع له اشتاق

Still in the Band

Oh you who created Muhammad, you have made me attached to Muhammad.
Show compassion on me for the sake of Muhammad and make my resting place near him.
If he visited me in a vision, what would I say to my master?
What should I tell him and how should I begin?

The lover called out, “O standard,”
From a passion that increases the pain.
So be kind to me, O Taha, for my sake,
For by the abundance of your generosity, the pen has flowed.

For the heart’s lining is anxious and its eyelids are scorched by sleeplessness.
Who is like you who we love to see? A full moon that proudly carries its light.

Listen to me for the sake of Muhammad.
Purify my Lord from (any) likenesses.
Remember my words, follow the deed,
For perhaps in the next world you will meet him.
A moon that shines in the horizons,
A sun that appears in radiance,
Glory be to God, the Most Merciful.
Who does not resemble anyone.

Praise be to God who brought together the white, the black, the red, and the yellow,
And the rich, the poor, the learned, the illiterate, the man, the woman, the old, and the young.

And the near and the far, with their different sayings, fashions, customs, and languages,
On a love that is most beloved to God,
Muhammad, the son of Abdullah, the son of Abdul-Muttalib,
The son of Hashim, the son of Abd Manaf,

The son of Qusai, the son of Kilab, the son of Murrah, the son of Ka'b.

Say, and speak clearly, for the cloud was nothing but a sign,

That our guide is a messenger. Say it, and do not fear blame.

He is the most like Adam of all people, the most beautiful of all in smiling.

My twinkling star of a nose is beautiful, and he is the best of creation in stature.

His color is radiant white, and he has a birthmark on his back.

His hair is shaved in a circle, and you will see it fragrant and good... As God wills.

His eyes are black with kohl, and he is inclined towards good deeds... As God wills.

His face is bright and radiant, and his beauty is enhanced... As God wills.

No one can equal or surpass him in the beauty of his description... As God wills.

So if you tell me of a miracle, you will find me trembling, you will find me trembling, indeed.
What would I have done if I had seen the full moon split in two,
And seen the lizard speaking to him, and heard the tree trunk longing for him?

You will find me trembling, you will find me trembling, indeed.
