I had all the dreams and hopes
NQF Level 6 with the music on the side

Then I had to watch my peers
Moving on and levelling up

Au début de l'année
J'avais tous les rêves et les espoirs
Niveau 6 du Cadre National des Qualifications avec la musique à côté
J'essayais d'obtenir un diplôme
Et je pensais que la vie serait d'accord
Je ne pouvais même pas payer les frais
Parce que rien n'est gratuit
Puis j'ai dû regarder mes pairs
Avancer et progresser
Je n'étais pas prêt pour la réalité
J'ai payé le prix fort
Une autre année sans plan

Je n'ai jamais eu d'endroit où vivre
Quand je n'arrivais pas à trouver un emploi
Je n'aurais jamais pensé que ça pourrait être réel
