Inner Strength Affirmation

I am filled with unlimited strength
When a situation seems overwhelming
I may doubt that I have the strength to overcome it
When I feel this way I become still
And I touch my innermost being trusting my spiritual source will help me overcome all concerns
I affirm that God and I are truly one
Believing this I access the strength need no matter what I may be facing
I view challenges as opportunities to call upon and use my spiritual faculties
From this perspective, I am unafraid to face the struggles that may happen my life
Using an affirmation that claims my inner strength helps me during challenging times
I overcome and grow from whatever comes my way through the spirit of God within me
The Lord is my strength and my shield in him my heart trusts so I am helped and my heart exults
And with my song give thanks to him Psalm 28 7

Je suis remplie d'une force illimitée
Quand une situation semble insurmontable
Je peux douter d'avoir la force de la surmonter
Quand je me sens ainsi, je m'immobilise
Et je touche mon être le plus profond en faisant confiance à ma source spirituelle pour m'aider à surmonter toutes mes préoccupations
J'affirme que Dieu et moi ne faisons qu'un
En croyant cela, j'accède à la force dont j'ai besoin, quoi que je puisse affronter
Je vois les défis comme des opportunités pour faire appel à mes facultés spirituelles et les utiliser
De ce point de vue, je n'ai pas peur de faire face aux difficultés qui pourraient survenir dans ma vie
Utiliser une affirmation qui revendique ma force intérieure m'aide pendant les moments difficiles
Je surmonte et je grandis de tout ce qui arrive sur mon chemin grâce à l'esprit de Dieu qui est en moi
L'Éternel est ma force et mon bouclier, en lui mon cœur se confie, je suis secouru, et mon cœur exulte
Et je le louerai avec mes chants, Psaume 28 : 7
