Surah Al Ala

(1). ﺳَﺒِّﺢِ ﺍﺳْﻢَ ﺭَﺑِّﻚَ ﺍﻟْﺄَﻋْﻠَﻰ
Sucikanlah nama Tuhanmu Yang Maha Tinggi,
(2). ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﻓَﺴَﻮَّﻯٰ
Yang menciptakan dan menyempurnakan (penciptaan-Nya),
(3). ﻭَﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻗَﺪَّﺭَ ﻓَﻬَﺪَﻯٰ
Dan yang menentukan kadar (masing-masing) dan memberi petunjuk,
(4). ﻭَﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﺃَﺧْﺮَﺝَ ﺍﻟْﻤَﺮْﻋَﻰٰ
Dan yang menumbuhkan rumput-rumputan,
(5). ﻓَﺠَﻌَﻠَﻪُ ﻏُﺜَﺎﺀً ﺃَﺣْﻮَﻯٰ
Lalu dijadikan-Nya rumput-rumput itu kering kehitam-hitaman.
(6). ﺳَﻨُﻘْﺮِﺋُﻚَ ﻓَﻠَﺎ ﺗَﻨْﺴَﻰٰ
Kami akan membacakan (Al Qur'an) kepadamu (Muhammad) maka kamu tidak akan lupa,
(7). ﺇِﻟَّﺎ ﻣَﺎ ﺷَﺎﺀَ ﺍﻟَّﻪُ ۚﺇِﻧَّﻪُ ﻳَﻌْﻠَﻢُ ﺍﻟْﺠَﻬْﺮَ ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻳَﺨْﻔَﻰٰ
Kecuali kalau Allah menghendaki. Sesungguhnya Dia mengetahui yang terang dan yang tersembunyi.
(8). ﻭَﻧُﻴَﺴِّﺮُﻙَ ﻟِﻠْﻴُﺴْﺮَﻯٰ
Dan Kami akan memberi kamu taufik kepada jalan yang mudah,
(9). ﻓَﺬَﻛِّﺮْ ﺇِﻥْ ﻧَﻔَﻌَﺖِ ﺍﻟﺬِّﻛْﺮَﻯٰ
Oleh sebab itu berikanlah peringatan karena peringatan itu bermanfa'at,
(10). ﺳَﻴَﺬَّﻛَّﺮُ ﻣَﻦْ ﻳَﺨْﺸَﻰٰ
Orang yang takut (kepada Allah) akan mendapat pelajaran,
(11). ﻭَﻳَﺘَﺠَﻨَّﺒُﻬَﺎ ﺍﻟْﺄَﺷْﻘَﻰ
Orang-orang yang celaka (kafir) akan menjauhinya.
(12). ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻳَﺼْﻠَﻰ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺎﺭَ ﺍﻟْﻜُﺒْﺮَﻯٰ
(Yaitu) orang yang akan memasuki api yang besar (neraka).
(13). ﺛُﻢَّ ﻟَﺎ ﻳَﻤُﻮﺕُ ﻓِﻴﻬَﺎ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﻳَﺤْﻴَﻰٰ
Kemudian dia tidak mati di dalamnya dan tidak (pula) hidup.
(14). ﻗَﺪْ ﺃَﻓْﻠَﺢَ ﻣَﻦْ ﺗَﺰَﻛَّﻰٰ
Sesungguhnya beruntunglah orang yang membersihkan diri (dengan beriman),
(15). ﻭَﺫَﻛَﺮَ ﺍﺳْﻢَ ﺭَﺑِّﻪِ ﻓَﺼَﻠَّﻰٰ
Dan dia ingat nama Tuhannya, lalu dia sembahyang.
(16). ﺑَﻞْ ﺗُﺆْﺛِﺮُﻭﻥَ ﺍﻟْﺤَﻴَﺎﺓَ ﺍﻟﺪُّﻧْﻴَﺎ
Tetapi kamu (orang-orang kafir) memilih kehidupan duniawi.
(17). ﻭَﺍﻟْﺂﺧِﺮَﺓُ ﺧَﻴْﺮٌ ﻭَﺃَﺑْﻘَﻰٰ
Sedang kehidupan akhirat adalah lebih baik dan lebih kekal.
(18). ﺇِﻥَّ ﻫَٰﺬَﺍ ﻟَﻔِﻲ ﺍﻟﺼُّﺤُﻒِ ﺍﻟْﺄُﻭﻟَﻰٰ
Sesungguhnya ini benar-benar terdapat dalam kitab-kitab yang dahulu,
(19). ﺻُﺤُﻒِ ﺇِﺑْﺮَﺍﻫِﻴﻢَ ﻭَﻣُﻮﺳَﻰٰ
(Yaitu) Kitab-kitab Ibrahim dan Musa.

Surah Al Ala

(1). Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High,

(7). Except what Allah wills. Indeed, He knows the open and the concealed.

(8). And We will make it easy for you to follow the easy way.

(9). So remember, if the reminder benefits.

(10). He who fears will be reminded,

(11). And the wretched will avoid it.

(12). He who will enter the great Fire,
He who will enter the great Fire,
(13). Then he will neither die therein nor live.

(14). Indeed, he has succeeded who purifies himself,

(15). And remembers the name of his Lord and prays.

(16). But you prefer the worldly life,
