O moon, you beauty, why do you run away?
Love grows gracefully when there is distance,
If you leave me in separation, then the sky will be small and dark.
When a storm strikes and when the darkness lifts,
Will I distance myself from you?

When the storm subsides and when the day returns,
Will I forget you?
All the stars in the sky only see you,
If you tell me to leave, who will I ask?
I only ask for a little space.

The wave that comes to shore touches it again and again,
Isn't separation for the purpose of union?
Neither am I the shore, nor are you the wave,
Isn't relationship for the purpose of connection?
I asked for the drizzle and you said it was beautiful,
I asked for distance and you said it was wrong.
