Qasida Burda Shareef (English Version)

It was the time of dawn, innocent buds were smiling
The winds were humming melodies of welcome
Gabriel had not yet descended from the pulpit of the Kaaba
When suddenly a voice came from the house of Abdullah (May Allah be pleased with him)
Congratulations, Shah of hearts, Sarah has arrived
Congratulations, Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ has arrived
O Lord, send Your blessings and peace forever and ever
Upon Your Beloved, the best of all creation
Muhammad, the master of both worlds and the trustworthy one
And the two groups, from the Arabs and the non-Arabs
That Muhammad ﷺ, the pride of the universe, the king of humans and jinn
The leader of the worlds, the Sultan of the Arabs, the Shah of Persia
One day, the Shah of Medina said to Gabriel (A.S)
You have seen the world, tell me, how am I?
Gabriel (A.S) replied, "O Shah of Medina, O Honored One,"
You have no equal, I swear by the Lord
Muhammad, the master of both worlds and the trustworthy one
And the two groups, from the Arabs and the non-Arabs
O Beloved of Allah, may Your intercession be accepted
O Beloved of Allah, may Your intercession be accepted
For every difficulty, in all situations, it is decisive
My Lord, accept the bouquets of salutations and blessings
Upon Your Beloved ﷺ, who is Your best creation
With this Beloved ﷺ, there is hope for intercession
For every difficulty and every challenging situation that one faces
There was no one like You, and there will never be anyone like You
If someone asks Yusuf (A.S)
How is the beauty of Mustafa ﷺ?
No example can be found in the earth or the heavens
O Lord, send Your blessings and peace forever and ever
Upon Your Beloved, the best of all creation
Muhammad, the master of both worlds and the trustworthy one
And the two groups, from the Arabs and the non-Arabs
Peace be upon him who helped the needy
Peace be upon him who embraced poverty in his kingdom
Peace be upon him whose house had neither gold nor silver
Peace be upon him whose bed was a broken mat
Peace be upon the son of Amina (May Allah be pleased with her)
O Beloved of the Almighty ﷺ
Your face, your character, your image, your radiance
Your smile, your speech, your kindness, your radiant forehead
May my head be at your door, may my heart be your home
This is my brief desire, so please make it happen
O Lord, send Your blessings and peace forever and ever
Upon Your Beloved, the best of all creation
Muhammad, the master of both worlds and the trustworthy one
And the two groups, from the Arabs and the non-Arabs
Peace be upon him whose house had neither silver nor gold
Peace be upon him whose bed was a broken mat
Peace be upon him who is a mercy to the world
Peace be upon him whose being is the pride of humanity
