Cocktail Op. 1

This is what your first cocktail tastes like:

One and a half ounce of Mezcal
One ounce of Cointreau, or any orange liquor
Three quarter ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice
Optional: agave nectar or simple syrup for sweetening, if desired

Begin by running a lime slice around the top or rim of a glass
Fill a shallow bowl with salt and dip the rim in the salt until it is covered with your desired amount of salt
Add Mezcal, lime juice, and Cointreau to a cocktail shaker
And sake or stir until combined
Fill the glass with ice
Pour in the cocktail mixture over the rocks
Serve immediately
Garnished with an extra lime wedge

Cocktail Op. 1

So schmeckt dein erster Cocktail:

45 ml Mezcal
30 ml Cointreau oder einen anderen Orangenlikör
22,5 ml frisch gepresster Limettensaft
Optional: Agavendicksaft oder Zuckersirup zum Süßen, falls gewünscht

Beginne damit, den Rand eines Glases mit einer Limettenscheibe zu befeuchten.
Fülle eine flache Schale mit Salz und tauche den Glasrand hinein, bis er mit der gewünschten Menge Salz bedeckt ist.
Gib Mezcal, Limettensaft und Cointreau in einen Cocktailshaker.
Und schüttele oder rühre, bis alles gut vermischt ist. Meine Liebe.
Fülle das Glas mit Eis.
Gieße die Cocktailmischung über das Eis.
Sofort servieren.
Garniert mit einer zusätzlichen Limettenspalte.
