Gdy nie przychodzi na mysl zadna mysl
Siedze tu, z nadzieja czekam, ze
Ten wiersz ulozy sie
Bezmyslne wzory kresli pióro me
Co nie potrafi stworzyc wiecej juz
Czuje jak zmeczenie chwyta mnie
A czasu coraz mniej
Lecz moze gdzies
Najprostszy pomysl chowa sie
I kiedys sam
Na kartce sladem zdziwi mnie
I sprawi, ze
Przestane sie o slowa bac
Podpowie mi
Jak latwo jest opisac swiat
Kolejna ju¿ godzina znika w tle
I niespokojna noc znów wita mnie
Jeszcze raz nasmiewa sie i kpi,
Ze trace tylko czas
Juz dawno rozszedl sie przechodniów tlum
Za oknem miasto sklada sie do snu
Boje sie, znów nie napisze nic
Zmeczenie chwyta mnie

No Words

When there are no words to adorn the text with rhyme
When no thought comes to mind
I sit here, waiting with hope, that
This poem will come together
My pen sketches out mindless patterns
Unable to create any more
I feel fatigue taking hold of me
And time running out
But maybe somewhere
The simplest idea is hiding
And one day on its own
It will surprise me in the form of a trail on the page
And make me
Cease to fear words
It will tell me
How easy it is to describe the world
Another hour has slipped away
And a restless night greets me again
Once more it mocks and sneers
That I'm just wasting my time
Long ago the crowd of passersby dispersed
Outside the window the city settles down to sleep
I'm afraid I won't write anything again
Fatigue takes hold of me
