Ich hab' mir 'n Haus gekauft in wunderschöner Lage

Kaum hatte ich das Geld bezahlt, ist er davongerannt

I bought a house in a beautiful location, darling
It was a super bargain, there's no question, honey

I found it quite cheap and I was even surprised
The realtor said: "This price is due to the neighborhood
