Dann die ersten Touren - wenig Menschen kommen hin

Eine große Plattenfirma gibt uns 'nen Vertrag.
Was für eine Reise, was für eine tolle Zeit
Niemand hätte je gedacht wir kämen mal so weit.

Anfang der Zweitausender dann Tourn durchs ganze Land

Die "Klartext" landet auf Platz 10 ein großer Jubelschrei.
Doch es geht noch weiter denn ihr habt es so gewollt
Fünf von unseren CD's erreichen schließlich Gold.
Auftritte in Österreich, der Schweiz und Kanada
Frankreich, England, Polen und sogar den USA.
Plötzlich wird es stürmisch, Clemens sagt aufwiederseh'n
Ein paar Jahre später will auch Ferenc lieber geh'n.
Gott sei Dank kommt Nils dazu und mit ihm frischer Wind
Björn singt jetzt den Bass, der ist ja quasi noch ein Kind.

We Will Miss You

Started in the school choir - over 30 years ago
Brass band, rock band - making noise wasn't hard.
Lots of fun, more fooling around than rehearsing
Without too much ambition, more laughed at than praised.
Shortly before graduation, we started with harmony singing
Which sounded new and fascinating to many.
Street music, weddings, gigs here and there
Earning a few marks - everything was wonderful.
Then the first tours - few people came
But already a feeling, there's more to it.
Television, Höhner, bigger halls and then comes the day
A major record company gives us a contract.
What a journey, what a great time
No one would have ever thought we'd come this far.
But the most important thing, we're not beating around the bush
It was simply you, you were the best audience!
We will miss you, we're not alone in this
There are a thousand good reasons to be grateful for the time.
We will miss you, the head knows and the gut feels
We will miss you and maybe you will miss us too.
Beginning of the 2000s, then tours throughout the whole country
The Tanzbrunnen is sold out, twelve thousand - quite something.
"Jetzt ist Sommer" becomes a hit, not only on Bayern 3
The "Klartext" lands at number 10, a big cheer.
But it goes on because you wanted it that way
Five of our CDs eventually reach gold.
Performances in Austria, Switzerland and Canada
France, England, Poland and even the USA.
Suddenly it gets stormy, Clemens says goodbye
A few years later, Ferenc also wants to leave.
Thank God Nils joins us and with him a fresh wind
Björn now sings bass, he's practically still a child.
What a journey, what a great time
