Was für an Wein ma sich im Wirtshaus bestellt.
Die Tage san verhangen,
Und viel zu wenig Sonnenschein.
Man strahlt nur Kälte aus,
Man lasst ka Wärme in sich rein.
Was nutzt die heiße Sauna,
Wenn's an' im Herz net wärmer wird,
Drum ist es allerhöchste Zeit,
Dass si des ändert, und dass was passiert!
Und dann geht's Richtung Süden,
Weit weg von da, wo i so frier',
Und i merk' mit jeder Stund', die i fahr',
Wie alles obefallt von mir.

In eine völlig andere Welt,
Wo das einzige Problem is, das ma hat,
Was für an Wein ma sich im Wirtshaus bestellt.

Und i lass alles hinter mir,
I muss Luft holen, i brauch' Sonne und Meer,
Damit i mi selber wieder spür'!

Einfach der Freiheit hinterher,
Und langsam, aber sicher wird es mir klar,
Ich brauch' ja wirklich net, net viel mehr

Heading South

Winter never seems to end,

Where the only problem you have,
Is what wine you order at the tavern.
The days are overcast,
And there's far too little sunshine.
You only radiate coldness,
You don't let any warmth in.
What good is a hot sauna,
If your heart doesn't get any warmer,
That's why it's high time,
That this changes, and that something happens!
And then it's off to the south,
Far away from where I'm freezing,
And I notice with every hour that I drive,
How everything falls away from me.

To a completely different world,
Where the only problem you have,
Is what wine you order at the tavern.

And I leave everything behind me,
I need a breath of fresh air, I need sun and sea,
So that I can feel myself again!
