Watching the sun and the long shadows decree.
Seagulls soar above the azure sea,
And I gaze with joy on the sleeping waters free.
I love the sea, my love is deep and true,
And now I go to it, as darkness descends anew.
But as the wind begins to blow across the sea,
It whispers to me a plea.
It tries to save my soul from what it knows is true,
