לַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל ידיתון;
לְאָסָף מִזְמוֹר.
קוֹלִי אֶל אֱלֹקים וְאֶצְעָקָה;
קוֹלִי אֶל אלֹקים, וְהַאֲזִין אֵלָי.
בְּיוֹם צָרָתִי,
ה' דָּרָשְׁתִּי:
יָדִי, לַיְלָה נִגְּרָה וְלֹא תָפוּג;
מֵאֲנָה הִנָּחֵם נַפְשִׁי.
אֶזְכְּרָה אֱלֹקים וְאֶהֱמָיָה;
אָשִׂיחָה, וְתִתְעַטֵּף רוּחִי סֶלָה.
אָחַזְתָּ, שְׁמֻרוֹת עֵינָי;
נִפְעַמְתִּי, וְלֹא אֲדַבֵּר.
חִשַּׁבְתִּי יָמִים מִקֶּדֶם
שְׁנוֹת, עוֹלָמִים.
אֶזְכְּרָה נְגִינָתִי, בַּלָּיְלָה:
עִם לְבָבִי אָשִׂיחָה; וַיְחַפֵּשׂ רוּחִי.
הַלְעוֹלָמִים, יִזְנַח ה';
וְלֹא יֹסִיף לִרְצוֹת עוֹד.
הֶאָפֵס לָנֶצַח חַסְדּוֹ;
גָּמַר אֹמֶר, לְדֹר וָדֹר.
הֲשָׁכַח חַנּוֹת אֵ'ל;
אִם קָפַץ בְּאַף, רַחֲמָיו סֶלָה.
וָאֹמַר, חַלּוֹתִי הִיא
שְׁנוֹת, יְמִין עֶלְיוֹן.
אֶזְכּוֹר מַעַלְלֵי קהּ:
כִּי אֶזְכְּרָה מִקֶּדֶם פִּלְאֶךָ.
וְהָגִיתִי בְכָל פָּעֳלֶךָ;
וּבַעֲלִילוֹתֶיךָ אָשִׂיחָה.
אֱלֹקים, בַּקֹּדֶשׁ דַּרְכֶּךָ;
מִי אל גָּדוֹל, כֵּאלֹקים.
אַתָּה הָא'ל, עֹשֵׂה פֶלֶא;
הוֹדַעְתָּ בָעַמִּים עֻזֶּךָ.
גָּאַלְתָּ בִּזְרוֹעַ עַמֶּךָ; בְּנֵי יַעֲקֹב וְיוֹסֵף סֶלָה.
רָאוּךָ מַּיִם,אֱלֹקים
רָאוּךָ מַּיִם יָחִילוּ; אַף, יִרְגְּזוּ תְהֹמוֹת.
זֹרְמוּ מַיִם, עָבוֹת
קוֹל, נָתְנוּ שְׁחָקִים;
אַף חֲצָצֶיךָ, יִתְהַלָּכוּ.
קוֹל רַעַמְךָ, בַּגַּלְגַּל
הֵאִירוּ בְרָקִים תֵּבֵל;
רָגְזָה וַתִּרְעַשׁ הָאָרֶץ.
בַּיָּם דַּרְכֶּךָ
וּשְׁבִילְךָ, בְּמַיִם רַבִּים;
וְעִקְּבוֹתֶיךָ, לֹא נֹדָעוּ.
נָחִיתָ כַצֹּאן עַמֶּךָ
בְּיַד מֹשֶׁה וְאַהֲרֹן.

My voice is to God, and I will cry;
My voice is to God, and he will give ear to me.
In the day of my trouble,
I sought the Lord:
My hand was stretched out in the night, and ceased not;
My soul refused to be comforted.
I remembered God, and was troubled;
I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.
You hold the eyelids of my eyes:
I am troubled, that I cannot speak.
I have considered the days of old,
The years of ancient times.
I remembered my song in the night:
I communed with my own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
Will the Lord cast off for ever?
And will he be favourable no more?
Is his mercy clean gone for ever?
Doth his promise fail for evermore?
Hath God forgotten to be gracious?
Hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.
And I said, This is my infirmity:
The years of the right hand of the most High.
I will remember the works of the Lord:
Surely I will remember thy wonders of old.
I will meditate also of all thy work,
And talk of thy doings.
Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary:
Who is so great a God as our God?
You are the God that doest wonders:
You hast declared thy strength among the people.
You hast with your arm redeemed your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
The waters saw you, O God,
The waters saw you, they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.
The clouds poured out water:
The skies sent out a sound:
Your arrows also went abroad.
The voice of your thunder was in the heaven:
The lightnings lightened the world:
The earth trembled and shook.
Your way is in the sea,
And your path in the great waters,
And your footsteps are not known.
You led your people like a flock,
By the hand of Moses and Aaron.
