A Is for Allah

A' is for Allah, nothing but Allah
Be' is the beginning of Bismillah
Ta' is for Taqwa, bewaring of Allah
And Tha' is for Thawab, a reward

Ja' is for Janna, the garden of paradise
Ha' is for Hajj, the blessed pilgrimage
Kha' is for Khaatam, the seal of the prophethood given to the prophet, Muhammed (s.a.v.)
Da' is for deen, Al-Islam, religion with Allah since time began

Dha' is for dhikr, remembering Allah
And Ra' is for the month of Ramadhan, ohh Ramadhan
Za' is for Zakat to cure our greed, when we give our money to those in need
Sa' is for Salamu alaikum, peace be with you wa'alaikum assalam

Sha' is for shams, the shining sun, which Allah placed for everyone
And sa' is for salat, for when we pray facing him, everyday, facing him, 'till we meet our lord
Allah there's only one God and Muhammed is his messenger

Du' is for duha, the morning light, the sun has turned from red to white
Ta' is for tareeq, a path to walk upon
And dhua' is for dhil, a shadow
And a' is for ilm, the thing to know, to make our knowledge grow, in Islam

Gha' is for ghaib, a world unseen and that we know is not a dream
Fa' is for, the opening, Al-Fatiha
And qua' for the Qur'an, the book of God
And ka' is for kalima, a word we're taught to teach us what is good and what is not

And la' is for the beginning of la ilaha illa'allah
Ma' is for the Messenger Muhammed-ur-Rasoolillah
La ilaha illa'allah, Muhammed-ur- Rasulilllah
Allah, there's only one God and Muhammed is his messenger

Allah, la ilaha illa'allah
Na' is for nawm, the sleep God gave to give us rest after the day
Ha' is for the Hijra, the journey that, the prophet made
And wa' for wudu before we pray to help us wash our sins away
And ya' is for yawm-mid-deen

Allah, there's only one God and Muhammed is his messenger

Allah, there's only one God and Jesus was his messenger

Allah, there's only one God and Moses was his messenger
Allah, La ilaha illa'allah

A est pour Allah

Dh est pour dhikr, se souvenir d'Allah
Et R est pour le mois de Ramadan, oh Ramadan
Z est pour Zakat pour guérir notre avidité, quand nous donnons notre argent à ceux qui en ont besoin
S est pour Salamu alaikum, que la paix soit avec toi wa'alaikum assalam

Sh est pour shams, le soleil brillant, que Allah a placé pour tous
Et s est pour salat, pour quand nous prions en lui faisant face, tous les jours, en lui faisant face, jusqu'à ce que nous rencontrions notre Seigneur
Allah, il n'y a qu'un seul Dieu et Mahomet est son messager
Allah, la ilaha illa'allah

D est pour duha, la lumière du matin, le soleil est passé du rouge au blanc
T est pour tareeq, un chemin à parcourir
Et dh est pour dhil, une ombre
Et a est pour ilm, la chose à savoir, pour faire grandir notre connaissance, dans l'Islam

Gh est pour ghaib, un monde invisible que nous savons n'être pas un rêve
F est pour, l'ouverture, Al-Fatiha
Et q pour le Coran, le livre de Dieu
Et k est pour kalima, un mot que l'on nous enseigne pour nous apprendre ce qui est bon et ce qui ne l'est pas

Et l est pour le début de la ilaha illa'allah
M est pour le Messager Mohammed-ur-Rasoolillah
La ilaha illa'allah, Mohammed-ur- Rasulilllah
Allah, il n'y a qu'un seul Dieu et Mahomet est son messager

N est pour nawm, le sommeil que Dieu a donné pour nous donner du repos après la journée
H est pour la Hijra, le voyage que le prophète a fait
Et w pour wudu avant de prier pour nous aider à laver nos péchés
Et y est pour yawm-mid-deen
