Al Aadiyat

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا
فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحًا
فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحًا
فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِ نَقْعًا
فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِ جَمْعًا
إِنَّ الإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِ لَكَنُودٌ
وَإِنَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
وَإِنَّهُ لِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ
أَفَلا يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ
وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ
إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِيرٌ

The Courser

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting,
And strike sparks of fire with their hoofs,
And scour the morning with raids,
And raise the dust in clouds,
And penetrate into the midst of the enemy hosts,
Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful;
And he is witness to his own ingratitude;
And surely in the love of wealth he is violent;
Does he not know, when that which is in the graves is scattered,
And that which is in the breasts is brought out,
That their Lord shall be fully aware of them that Day?
