Al Mutaffifin

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
وَيْلٌ لِّلْمُطَفِّفِينَ
الَّذِينَ إِذَا اكْتَالُواْ عَلَى النَّاسِ يَسْتَوْفُونَ
وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
أَلا يَظُنُّ أُوْلَئِكَ أَنَّهُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ
لِيَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ النَّاسُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
كَلاَّ إِنَّ كِتَابَ الْفُجَّارِ لَفِي سِجِّينٍ
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سِجِّينٌ
كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ
وَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ
الَّذِينَ يُكَذِّبُونَ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ
وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهِ إِلاَّ كُلُّ مُعْتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
إِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِ آيَاتُنَا قَالَ أَسَاطِيرُ الأَوَّلِينَ
كَلاَّ بَلْ رَانَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ
كَلاَّ إِنَّهُمْ عَن رَّبِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَّمَحْجُوبُونَ
ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ لَصَالُوا الْجَحِيمِ
ثُمَّ يُقَالُ هَذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ
كَلاَّ إِنَّ كِتَابَ الأَبْرَارِ لَفِي عِلِّيِّينَ
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا عِلِّيُّونَ
كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ
يَشْهَدُهُ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ
إِنَّ الأَبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ
عَلَى الأَرَائِكِ يَنظُرُونَ
تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمْ نَضْرَةَ النَّعِيمِ
يُسْقَوْنَ مِن رَّحِيقٍ مَّخْتُومٍ
خِتَامُهُ مِسْكٌ وَفِي ذَلِكَ فَلْيَتَنَافَسِ الْمُتَنَافِسُونَ
وَمِزَاجُهُ مِن تَسْنِيمٍ
عَيْنًا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا الْمُقَرَّبُونَ
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُواْ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ
وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ
وَإِذَا انقَلَبُواْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِمُ انقَلَبُواْ فَكِهِينَ
وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّ هَؤُلاء لَضَالُّونَ
وَمَا أُرْسِلُوا عَلَيْهِمْ حَافِظِينَ
فَالْيَوْمَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ
عَلَى الأَرَائِكِ يَنظُرُونَ
هَلْ ثُوِّبَ الْكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ

The Mutaffifin

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Woe to those who give short measure
Those who when they take a measure from people, take it full
And when they measure out or weigh out to them, they give less
Do they not think that they will be resurrected
On a Great Day
The Day when all mankind will stand before the Lord of all the worlds?
No! Indeed, the record of the wicked is in Sijjin
And what will make you know what is Sijjin?
It is a written register
Woe that Day to those who deny
Those who deny the Day of Judgment
And none reject it except every transgressor, sinner
When Our verses are recited to him, he says, "Tales of the ancients"
No! Rather, what they have earned has rusted their hearts
No! Indeed, from their Lord, that Day, they will be veiled
Then they will surely roast in Hell
Then it will be said, "This is what you used to deny"
No! Indeed, the record of the righteous is in Illiyin
And what will make you know what is Illiyin?
It is a written register
Witnessed by those nearest to Allah
Indeed, the righteous will be in bliss
On adorned couches, looking on
You will recognize in their faces the radiance of bliss
They will be given to drink pure wine sealed
Its seal is musk, and for this let the competitors compete
And it is mixed with Tasnim
A spring from which those nearest to Allah drink
Indeed, those who commit evil used to laugh at those who believed
And when they passed by them, they would exchange glances
And when they returned to their people, they would return rejoicing
And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, these have surely lost their way"
But they were not sent as guardians over them
So today those who believe will laugh at the disbelievers
On adorned couches, looking on
Have the disbelievers been rewarded for what they used to do?
