Χάθηκα απόψε στη σιωπή

αν είδα ήλιο τη νυχτιά
κι άστρο το μεσημέρι.

Της αγκαλιάς η ξενιτιά
είναι η πιο μεγάλη
Βάλε στη στάχτη μου φωτιά
κι αφάνισέ με πάλι

Καλότυχα είναι τα βουνά
ψυχή δεν έχουν να πονά
καρδιά ν' αργοπεθαίνει
πέφτει μια κίτρινη βροχή
που να βρουν στέγη και τροφή
του κόσμου οι κολασμένοι

Κάποτε είχες μια καρδιά
που χώραγε όλο το ντουνιά
τώρα χωράει μια πέτρα
μέχρι να βρεις τρόπο να ζεις
μη τη σκοτώνεις τη ζωή
τι μένει κάτσε μέτρα

The Loneliness of Embrace

Lost in the silence of tonight
And in a sea of depth and might
My mind's course drags me deep.

I sought to flee to foreign ground
But love's wounds, profound and unbound
No bandage can conceal.
