И для меня это важно до боли

Слёзы радости после печали
Нам избежать не суждено
И ничего мы об этом не знали
В юности это было нам не дано

Счастье встретить старых друзей
Чтобы ценить и пожимать руки
Добрых людей, старых друзей

Подставив плечо в непростую минуту
Трудностоящий на помощь приходит
Этого я никогда не забуду
И этому очень всегда рад был до боли

В большой храм я пойду и поставлю свечу
И в который уж раз за себя попрошу
И за сотню друзей, не забыть бы кого
Лишь хватило свечей для икон и мощей

Tears of Joy

To live a life worthy of you, my dear,
It's so hard to stay true to myself.
To never lose heart and cast away the thought
That we're powerless over our own fate.

God grant me the chance to meet kind souls,
Those who'll support me and not play a part.
But I've lost true friends along the way,
And it pains me deeply, even now.

Tears of joy after sorrow's embrace,

In our youth, this wisdom wasn't ours.

Tears of joy after time spent apart,
The joy of seeing old friends again,
To cherish them and shake their hands with warmth,
Kindred spirits, my dear old friends.

Offering a shoulder in times of trouble,
Someone always comes to help those in need.
I'll never forget such kindness shown,
And I've always cherished it, deep in my soul.

I'll go to the grand church and light a candle,
And once again, I'll pray for myself.
And for a hundred friends, hoping not to forget a soul,
If only there were enough candles for the icons and relics.
