солнечным утром открыл он глаза.
был понедельник. а может суббота.
на кухне готовила завтрак жена.
он поцеловал ее нежно. оделся и ушел.

и улица весело весело в такт
его четким шагам напевала: куда ты?
и машины сновали то туда то сюда
светофоры стояли как на красной солдаты.
а он шел — за плечами оставались дома.
перекрестки его не пугали движеньем.
пешеходы ныряли как в туннель поезда.
и небо забыло о земном притяженье
с ним заодно

звонил телефон: так настойчив! так звОнок!
пыльные окна в отсутствие глаз наслаждались свободой.
газета пожелтела не дождавшись адресата.
и только женщина в доме все ждала
и ждала и ждала и ждала кого-то.

а он шел — за плечами оставались дома.
