Мы затеяли пирушку – значит время звать подружку:

На здоровье пей, родная, и опять долей до края,
Чтобы снова в пляс пуститься. Раз пуститься, два пуститься...
Удивительное дело – с каждой выпитою кружкой
Я все чаще замечаю: не дурна собой дурнушка!

Разложили на столе, поваляли по земле...
Всю еду, как говорится, не поваляешь – не поешь!
Ерунда для нас еда, пенный эль – вот это да –
Стоящая, настоящая, пьянящая вода!

Мы не смотрим на гордячек –
На занудных крачек,
Нам дурнушкиной щеки румянец
Краше глупых, трезвых раскрасавиц!

Merry Ugly Girl

We've started a party – means it's time to call a friend:
Our local famous, merry ugly girl!
With her, we'll dance many dances, and when we run out of strength,

She drinks with us on equal terms – we're only happy about that,
After all, during the party the ugly girl feels like a fairy herself!
The bottom of the mug is already visible – we'll fix that quickly,
She laughs merrily - she'll wind up anyone she wants!

Drink to your health, dear, and fill it up to the brim again,
So that you can dance again. Start once, start twice...
An amazing thing – with each mug I drink,
I more and more often notice: the ugly girl is not ugly at all!

We spread her out on the table, rolled her on the ground...
As the saying goes, you can't eat all the food until you roll it around – and don't eat it!
Food is nonsense for us, foamy ale – that's it –
Real, genuine, intoxicating water!

We don't look at the proud –
At the boring nerds,
For us, the blush on the cheeks of the ugly girl
Is more beautiful than stupid, sober beauties!
