А корни крепки как из шелка силки
За этим цветком уходили тайком

Блуждали во мраке под зноем и дождем
Безудержно и слепо как шальная стрела
Листья цветка словно бритва остры
Как страны пылают его лепестки

The Flower

For this flower, they left forevermore,
Abandoning their parental home's door.
Those who departed, vanished without a trace,
In the gloomy swamps of the dense forest's embrace.
For this flower, they marched as if to war,
Leaving behind their wives and children, for sure.
Those who ventured into the impenetrable night,
Drowned in a land of mirages and shadows' plight.
The flower's leaves are sharp as a razor's blade,
Its petals ablaze like flames that cascade.
Thorns on its stem like spurs of steel so strong,
And roots as firm as silken snares, all along.
For this flower, they departed in secrecy's hold,
Burning hope and faith until they turned cold.
They wandered in darkness, under scorching sun and rain,
Unrestrained and blind, like an arrow gone insane.
